For more than four years, Scent Africa, a premium candle manufacturer, has been producing exquisite, premium candles. Our speciality is crafting artisanal goods that add rich, calming aromas to living areas using 100% natural soy wax. We currently provide exquisitely crafted candles, lotions, and soaps, including fly-repelling candles that combine luxury and functionality to boutique retailers, corporate clients, and upscale dining establishments.

The Scent Africa Experience

Our most recent candle-making event at Scent Africa was characterised by the glow of candlelight, the aroma of freshly waxed candles, and the warmth of community. It was a day full of innovation, fresh learning, and the delight of sharing with our wonderful guests our love of making gorgeous, eco-friendly candles.

In Person Demonstration of candle-making

Our live presentation, which gave guests an up-close look at the candle-making process, was one of the main highlights. We demonstrated to everyone how we meticulously mix our distinctive fragrances, heat and pour the wax, and complete each candle which they poured into their personalized jar!

Seeing how much work and attention to detail goes into creating each candle was a magical experience for many of our guests. A lot of people were taken aback by how exact the procedure is and how minor adjustments to scent, wick length, or wax temperature may affect the finished result!

A Day of filled with creativity and excellent craftsmanship

Our guests first had the task of picking their fragrance to carefully handcraft their candle with their desired scent! What made this event truly special was the sense of community it fostered. Our guests weren’t just there to watch they were actively involved, asking questions, and connecting with others who share a passion for craftsmanship and beautiful home fragrances. The event created a wonderful atmosphere where everyone felt welcome and inspired. We even had a few guests stay after the official end time to chat, ask more questions, and enjoy the candle-lit ambiance.
