How do I place an order?
All custom orders (personalized, large orders) will be processed through request. All orders must be completed and paid for in full online to be processed. Visit our store on the website or social media platforms to shop and place your order.
EFT payment option, the customer must email us proof of payment & order no. for the order to be processed. Check for confirmation of the order after placing your order with us.

Payment options
Payments can be made with a credit card or EFT. Any card information will not be stored.

Shipping
It takes 24hours (a day) to process your order and 2-3 days to courier your order. The courier cost is added to the invoice at checkout. All full-priced items over the amount of R1 000 are subject to free delivery. Once your order has been processed, it will get sent to be delivered, and you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your order.

Returns & refunds
Return of products is not permitted unless Scent Africa provides the incorrect products to you; just contact us as soon as you received your products. This policy does not apply to special orders. Scent Africa takes steps to ensure that the products arrive safely and not damaged. We use protective packaging; however, should the goods arrive damaged, contact us immediately.
